An optimal organization of the courses also requires your cooperation:
- It is strongly recommended to register one month before the start date of the course by using our online registration form.
- For any late registration, please contact us by phone.
- Sending the registration form constitutes a firm commitment to fully participate in the course.
- Participation in the course is usually confirmed no later than 10 days before the start of the course via email.
- Any late payment will automatically and without notice incur interest of 1% per month and a minimum flat fee of €50 in case of legal proceedings.
- CFIP reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity to anyone who has not fulfilled the payment conditions.
- Persons registering for an activity from abroad must bear the bank transfer fees for the amount to be paid.
- Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. Any withdrawal occurring 10 working days before the session date will result in a refund of the registration fee, minus a €25 indemnity. After this period, cancellations are no longer refundable, and the full registration fee is due. An exception may be made in cases of force majeure. This cancellation procedure applies to any registered enrollment, whether or not it has been paid.
- Withdrawals from participation in one of our certification courses must be communicated 15 working days before the start of the session in writing. After this period, cancellations are no longer refundable, and the full registration fee is due.
- Cancellation of a registration for a conference organized by CFIP does not entitle the participant to any refund.
- CFIP reserves the right to cancel an activity, in whole or in part, particularly if the number of registrants is insufficient or in cases of force majeure. In this case, the full price of the activity will be refunded to participants on a pro-rata basis for the number of days.
- In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.
